caught fish

Hello Hook’d on Bassiacs

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Hello Hook’d on Bassiac’s,

Welcome to the very first Hook’d on Bassin Blog.  I will be your author/host Lee Sandt.  I figured I would start this blog off with a short post telling you a little bit about myself.

I LOVE FISHING!!  So if you are reading this than we probably share the same passion!!  I am not a tournament angler by any means at all.  I am just a passionate angler who’s primary lake is Lake Lanier in Georgia. That said, I do travel around and go on several fishing trips a year. I frequently (on a yearly basis) fish lake Chickamuaga, Guntersville, Lake St. Clair in Michigan (my favorite), Lake Hartwell, Lake Lanier (home lake), and Venice, Louisiana (redfish capital of the world).

My purpose:  To share my fishing experiences, give fishing reports, and maybe shed some light on new techniques to help you guys catch more fish. OOOOhhhhh and I’ll be sure to include lots and lots of pics which makes everything more fun.  Also if you enjoy video I encourage you to go and subscribe to my YouTube channel Hook’d on Bassin (don’t forget the apostrophe).  I also have an Instagram and you guessed it: hookdonbassin is the handle and there is no apostrophe. I look forward to connecting with you on YouTube and Insta!

Now for a little about me:  So you already know that I love to fish.  But I am also a lifelong martial artist.  In fact that is what I do for a living.  I am a part owner in a martial arts school in Georgia.  I love what I do and especially love teaching kids.

I have an awesome wife that is very supportive and doesn’t complain when I fish named Jennifer.  We have a fantastic four year old named Charlie.  So enough about me……..actually just a little bit more.  I told you I was going to include pics.  That’s me in the title image in my natural element.  The  first one on the right is Jennifer and I. Next is my little man holding a fish.  Thats us!!  Rounding it off is a picture of my bass boat fishing rig. Her name is Bae!!!  Pretty fitting right? 🙂

Alright so enough of this introduction.  From now on it is all about Fishing!!

Stay tuned because on Friday I am traveling to Lake Chickamauga.  So follow me on Instagram, Facebook, Subscribe to YouTube, and sign up to have my newest content sent right to your email.  If you fish Lake Lanier I am going to be adding fishing reports on the regular so don’t miss out.

Thanks for taking the time to check out my little spot on the web.

See you later Hook’d on Bassiacs
